Οι Συναντήσεις Φεμινιστικού Χάκινγκ (ΣΦΧ) σας προσκαλούν να συμμετέχετε σε ένα 2ήμερο εργαστήριο που θα γίνει στην Αθήνα στις 9 - 10 Σεπτεμβρίου στο χώρο TO ΟΧΤΩ (https://8athens.wordpress.com/) με τίτλο Δημοσιο-ποίηση και Eργαλειο-ποίηση [Feminist Hack Meetings: Publishing and Toolings].

Το 2ήμερο αυτό θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο πλαίσιο του ATNOFS: A Traversal Network of Feminist Servers, ένα συνεργατικό έργο που δημιουργήθηκε γύρω από διαθεματικούς [intersectional] φεμινιστικούς, οικολογικούς διακομιστές. Το αποκεντρωμένο πρόγραμμά μας πραγματοποιείται σε 5 τοποθεσίες (Ρότερνταμ, Βουκουρέστι, Γκρατς, Αθήνα, Βρυξέλλες) με τη συνεργασία 6 ομάδων (Varia, LURK, HYPHA, ESC, Feminist Hack Meetings και Constant). Με αφορμή το ATNOFS, Θέλουμε να γνωριστούμε και να συνδεθούμε με φεμινιστικές συλλογικότητες στην Ελλάδα, να μαθούμε/σκεφτούμε/φανταστούμε μαζί, τη σχέση μας με την τεχνολογία, ως φεμινιστικό μέσο επικοινωνίας, δημοσιοποίησης, καταγραφής και χαρτογράφησης.

Τις δυο αυτες ημέρες δύο ομάδες θα παρουσιάσουν κάποια από τα εργαλεία τους και τις προσεγγίσεις του σε σχέση με την τεχνολογία.


Πρόγραμμα

9 Σεπτέμβρη: Δημοσιο-ποίηση (Εναλλακτικά κοινωνικά δίκτυα) 11:00-17:30

  • 11:00-12:00 Εισαγωγή πίνοντας καφέ (Συναντήσεις Φεμινιστκού Χάκινγκ, A Traversal Network of Feminist Servers)
  • 12:00-13:00 Παρουσίαση WordMord και συζήτηση
  • 13:00-15:00 Διάλειμμα και χορτοφαγικό γεύμα
  • 15:00-17:30 Εργαστήρια δύο (θα τρέχουν παράλληλα)
    • Εισαγωγή στα εναλλακτικά δίκτυα (Mastodon + Peertube)
    • Μετεγκατάσταση Mastodon λογισμικού μιας φεμινιστικής κοινότητας


10 Σεπτέμβρη: Εργαλειο-ποίηση (σερβερς, χαρτογράφηση, τεκμηρίωση) 11:00-17:30

  • 11:00-12:00 Εισαγωγή φεμινιστικών σερβερ πίνοντας καφέ
  • 12:00-13:00 Παρουσίαση ΚΝΜΦΠ και συζήτηση
  • 13:00-15:00 Διάλειμμα και χορτοφαγικό γεύμα
  • 15:00-17:30 Εργαστήρια
    • 15:00-15:30 Πως έχουμε πρόσβαση σε σερβερ
    • 15:30-16:30 Φεμινιστικά εργαλεία - Υποθετική γραφή [Speculative writing]

Feminist Hack Meetings (FHM) invites you to a two-day workshop in Athens, 9 and 10 of September, at Eight (https://8athens.wordpress.com/) with the theme Publishing and Toolings.

The worksession is part of ATNOFS: A Traversal Network of Feminist Servers, a project about intersectional, ecofeminist servers happening in 5 cities (Rotterdam, Bucharest, Graz, Athens, Brussels) and organized by local groups (Varia, LURK, HYPHA, ESC, Feminist Hack Meetings and Constant). During the Feminist Hack Meetings in Athens, we would like to meet and connect with feminist local groups, and learn/reflect/imagine together, under a feminist lens, about our interactions with technology as a tool for communicating, publishing, documenting and mapping.

Two groups will present their work and tools, and their approaches to technology:

  • 11:00-12:00 Introduction over coffee (Feminist Hack Meetings, A Traversal Network of Feminist Servers)
  • 12:00-13:00 Presentation WordMord and discussion
  • 13:00-15:00 Lunch break (we offer vegetarian/vegan lunch)
  • 15:00-17:30 Workshops (two running in parallel:
    • Introduction to Fediverse (Mastodon + Peertube)
    • Migration of a feminist Mastodon instance


10 September: Toolings (servers, mapping, documention) 11:00-17:30

  • 11:00-12:00 Introduction of feminist servers over coffee
  • 12:00-13:00 Presentation CNMFPP and discussion
  • 13:00-15:00 Lunch break (we offer vegetarian/vegan lunch)
  • 15:00-17:30 Workshops
    • 15:00-15:30 How to access a server
    • 15:30-16:30 Feminist tools - Speculative writing
    • 16:45-17:30 Discussion

Zineing with FHM is hosted by Angeliki Diakrousi and Artemis Gryllaki and is part of the SPREAD Zinefest @ SIGN Gallery. F(eminist)H(ack)M(eetings) invites you to a day of scanning, overlapping, uploading, editing, archiving, wiking, styling, cssing, resizing, rearranging, annotating, exporting, transforming, making over, messing, speculating, re-reading, disconnecting, printing, cutting, glueing, marking, reforming, patching, sticking, stitching, scissoring, nailing, screwing, sharing, giving, caring, folding, holeing, stapling, iterating, perforating, sewing, binding. In other words, zine making inspired by practices and aesthetics of feminist hacking!

F(eminist)H(ack)M(eetings) are a series of research meetings and workshops that are initiated by Varia (https://vvvvvvaria.org/) in Rotterdam. They explore the potentialities and imaginaries of feminist technological collectives. These gatherings aim to challenge who counts as a hacker, and what counts as hacking. The diverse activities of these gatherings includes sociopolitical discussions around technology and feminism, storytelling, prototyping and skill-sharing, as well as art experiments. The sessions are open for anyone interested in technology and the processes of shaping it, to discuss and work together in four thematic sections.

SPREAD Zinefest is a festival focusing on self published art and prints, including a library, a zinemarket, workshops, lectures, petanque and network moments in a splendid setting! GRONINGEN, NL / SIGN (www.sign2.nl) + HET RESORT (www.hetresort.nl)

SPREAD, a collaboration between art stages SIGN and Het resort and Floor van Meeuwen, arose from a shared interest in DIY making culture and the need for unruly initiatives. It is a recurring festival that focuses on self-published art; booklets, zines and prints. SPREAD 2021 takes place at 3 nearby locations in the city of Groningen and in the public space. In 10 days, the creation, distribution and communicative importance of self-published art is brought to the attention. This through. a meaning market, meaning library, workshops, lectures, events, interventions, distribution activities, incl. digital pendants. SPREAD examines the content, form and distribution of zines and allows makers from the Netherlands and peripheral areas and communities from abroad to come together, creating connections, experiment, get inspiration and new ideas and works. SPREAD focuses on zines as a form of communication, on national and international zine networks and compares each other's expressions and products, including circumstances.
